# Miniblox

> Miniblox is a free, browser-based blocky multiplayer game like Minecraft — no download, no sign-up, unblocked at school. Play dozens of modes: minigames like Skywars and EggWars, sandbox worlds like Survival and Creative, and your own persistent worlds, all in your web browser.

Miniblox runs entirely in the browser (WebGL) on desktop, Chromebook and mobile. It is free to play; a free account saves progress and lets you build and share your own worlds. Most modes are real-time multiplayer, played with or against other players. Each game mode has its own landing page under /game/<slug> with a description and how-to-play.
